Shannon is a graduate student at the University of Montana, working towards her Master’s in Environmental Studies. She has spent the past five years working in education in an indoor and outdoor setting, including teaching at the ISF Academy in Hong Kong. Prior to teaching, Shannon performed field research on endangered species in the Northwest U.S. She holds a B.S. in Natural Resource Conservation and a minor in Climate Change Studies from the University of Montana. In her free time, Shannon enjoys skiing, climbing, and spending as much time outside as possible.

Natalie Henning is a Master of Public Health Candidate at the Yale School of Public Health. She is completing her degree in the Department of Chronic Disease Epidemiology with a Concentration in Health Modeling. Natalie is a Student Associate for the Yale Center for Climate Change and Health and is part of the leadership team for Yale's student-run sustainable eating organization, Plant-Based for Public Health. Additionally, Natalie is a student representative for Yale's Sustainability Committee. Prior to attending Yale, she completed her BA at Emory University in Human Health and conducted research in women's health.
