The MontanaHPHC and Montana Environmental Information Center are following a bill that would allow utility companies to be far more careless when it comes to wildfires. It releases them from any liability if their infrastructure has been the cause of wildfire. This will hurt our families and patients if their property, lives, or health is damaged by a utility-caused wildfire. .
